Mission Statement

The North Carroll Recreation Council is a non-commercial, nonsectarian, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization. The NCRC is an organization with the purpose of building a public recreation program using public school buildings, grounds, parks and facilities, volunteers and local organizations, both public and private to stimulate interest in promoting and furthering the cause of recreation. No one person or group of persons, other than the Executive Board, may represent the North Carroll Recreation Council.
